CECAL manufactures contact plates for SAF furnaces used in ferroalloy production, applied in areas responsible for carrying high currents between the electrical systems and the furnace’s conductive assemblies. These components play a key role in efficient power transfer, helping reduce electrical losses, localized overheating, and connection instability.

Made from copper and materials selected for each application, contact plates are developed with a focus on high conductivity, proper finishing of contact surfaces, and strict dimensional control.
