Quality Control

Radiographic Center
Cecal's facilities include a Radiography Center, integrated into the production line and equipped with the most advanced industrial radiography equipment. The bunker is certified by the National Nuclear Energy Commission and has an isolation class that allows operation with high-potential radioactive sources, necessary for radiographic inspection of thick components.
Each month, more than 5,000 images are captured using high-sensitivity digital detectors and displayed in real time on high-definition monitors. This enables the early detection of potential defects before products proceed to subsequent manufacturing stages.
Advanced simulations
CECAL uses advanced simulation tools to anticipate component behavior during the development stage, supporting design decisions with greater accuracy and confidence. Through thermal, structural, fluid dynamic, and electromagnetic analyses, different operating conditions can be evaluated, potential weaknesses identified, and optimization opportunities explored before manufacturing.The main methods used include:
